About

Mike Procter in July 2022 at Cheltenham Cricket Society for a “Summer Special” event

Cheltenham Cricket Society (CCS) was founded in 1983. It is one of around 30 cricket societies affiliated to the Cricket Societies’ Association. Cheltenham Cricket Society arranges 6 or 7 speaker meetings, for each programme, with guests from a variety of cricketing backgrounds. These meetings run from October through to April for the benefit of members. Meetings are normally held on the evening of the first Wednesday of the month starting at 7:30pm with the doors opening at 7:00pm.

Sometimes, a “Summer Special” is arranged. The most recent one was an evening with David Gower in August 2023.
